International Symposium on Wildlife Capture and Chemical Immobilization

Dear friends and colleagues,
after a major break in meetings and conferences caused by the terrible COVID 19 pandemic, we are very happy to announce that in October 2023, wildlife veterinarians, biologists, One Health professionals, wildlife and ecosystem managers, researchers, and students will convene in Caramanico Terme (PE), Abruzzo Region, Italy, for the International Symposium on Wildlife Capture and Chemical Immobilization, an important sharing event organised by the Wildlife Research Center of Maiella National Park.
We are all looking forward going back to an in-person event and to discuss the latest scientific updates in wildlife captures techniques, to improve conservation and management practices in a changing human/wildlife interface.
